HOW TO ORDER:
1.  Simply browse our site and select your merchandise.
2.  Click "My Cart", review order & click "Check Out"
3.  Register an account/Existing Users sign in.
4.  Select Shipping Method
5.  Review order and select "Payment Option"
6.  Submit Order

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Choose from the following to Two (2) methods of payment:

1.  Cash On Delivery (COD)
All C.O.D. orders will be confirmed by phone.
C.O.D. is only available on orders destined within Canada.

How C.O.D. Works:  You place your order online selecting C.O.D. as your method of payment.  We ship you your order.  When order arrives at your door the full order total is due in cash.  If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left advising you where to pick up order.  When orders are picked up at your local postal outlet you can pay by cash or interac (Debit).

**ATTENTION C.O.D. Payment Method Users** ($8.00 will be added to your at the door cost.)
When you place a C.O.D. order with Biketropolis, you (the customer) accept the responsibility of accepting and paying the full C.O.D. order total.  Unclaimed C.O.D. orders will automatically returned to Biketropolis, thus we incur further shipping charges.  You (the customer) will be sent an invoice for these charges plus a $25.00 restocking fee.  If invoice is not paid within 30days, all relevant information will be forwarded to our collections company.  Our collections company will pursue unpaid invoices on our behalf, this will be documented and noted on your credit report.  When using C.O.D. please ensure to accept and pay for your order.

2.  Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Credit card payments are processed via Paypal.  When selecting Credit Card payment method you will be redirected to paypal.com to complete your purchase.  Once completed, you will be returned to our site.

3.  Interac Email Money Transfer

Interac Email Money Transfers are a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online banking through a participating financial institution, and you can send money to anyone with an email address and a bank account in Canada — without sharing any personal or financial information. It's a great alternative to cheques and cash.  Once order is submitted you will receive an email shortly with instructions on completing your Interac Email Money Transfer and purchase.

METHODS OF SHIPPING:
All orders destined within Canada are shipped via Canada Post unless specified or arranged with you the customer.  All orders destined outside of Canada are shipped via UPS International services.  The following shipping services are available:


Canada Post Regular Parcel
All provinces/territories 5-10 business days.

Canada Post Xpress Post
Within Ontario 2-3 business days.  All other provinces/territories 3-7 business days.

Canada Post Priority Courier
Within Ontario next business day.  All other provinces/territories 1-2 business days.



UPS International Services
With the United States 5-10 business days.  (Time frame may vary due to customs delays)
