BIKETROPOLIS INC. BIKE SHOP POLICIES SAME DAY SHIPPING – We will ship all in stock orders received before 4:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept all major credit cards; money orders/certified check/cashier check; gift certificates, and personal cheques.

***ATTENTION C.O.D. Payment Method Users** ($8.00 will be added to your at the door cost.)
When you place a C.O.D. order with Biketropolis Inc., you (the customer) accept the responsibility of accepting and paying the full C.O.D. order total.  Unclaimed C.O.D. orders will automatically returned to Biketropolis Inc., thus we incur further shipping charges.  You (the customer) will be sent an invoice for these charges plus a $25.00 restocking fee.  If invoice is not paid within 30days, all relevant information will be forwarded to our collections company.  Our collections company will pursue unpaid invoices on our behalf, this will be documented and noted on your credit report.  When using C.O.D. please ensure to accept and pay for your order.

NSF/RETURNED CHEQUES - Returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law. In the event your account requires legal action or a collection agency, the fee will be added to your account balance and collected.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We ship to Canada and the Unites States. Freight charges for international shipments are dependent upon dimensions and weight. Duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the consignee.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS IN COPY - Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, typographical, omissions or photographic errors can and do occur. Please understand that we reserve the right to make corrections where discovered, and Biketropolis Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions to our copy and pricing. We are not obligated to sell items at miss-marked prices. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.

QUANTITY LIMITS - Biketropolis Inc. at its own discretion, reserves the right to cancel or limit the quantities sold to individuals or prohibit sales to dealers.

RETURNS - When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition and in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, less the original postage and handling. If you choose to exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured Canada Post Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, custom parts, music CD, videos or worn/washed clothing and customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or in-store credits. Returns will be processed within 24 to 48 business from receipt of return.

BILLING ADJUSTMENTS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES - Please be aware that a billing adjustment (+/-) may be applied to your order in the event that you are returning an item that qualified your original order for a promotion/discount. If after the return, your order no longer qualifies for the promotion/discount - Biketropolis has the right to make the necessary billing adjustments.

SHIPPING DAMAGE - If you receive parts that were damaged in shipping, please contact Biketropolis Inc. Customer Service. Please keep all original packaging and shipping materials. SHORTAGES AND MISSHIPS - If we have made a mistake on your order, we will work with you to best resolve any problems created. Please notify us regarding any mistakes with your order! We want to hear about problems ASAP in order to serve you better. We will pay for all shipping charges (Ground) for misships by reimbursing you for actual shipping charges.
